At Rocky Top Vitality, we offer a IV hydration and vitamin/nutrient infusions and injections as well as Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Thyroid Optimization, and Hormone Optimization.

We are offering telehealth Functional Medicine visits for patients across Tennessee and Florida, who are unable to come into our clinic or who prefer a telehealth visit.
IV and injectable vitamins, amino acids, and peptides have a higher bioavailability (absorption rate) than oral vitamins, amino acids, and peptides because they bypass the digestive tract and are nearly 100% absorbed directly into the bloodstream. Not to mention, IV and intramuscular absorption is much more rapid than oral absorption. This is a great benefit when rapid recovery is needed and when gut health and metabolism pose a barrier to optimal absorption.
Infusion times will vary based on the type of infusion you choose. Certain infusions such as NAD+ can take anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on how well you tolerate the infusion. Most infusions should take anywhere from 30-60 minutes. We always ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to get necessary paperwork done.
Yes. All of our drips come from a federally regulated pharmacy and are approved by a licensed physician. All drips and injections are administered by a licensed and highly trained healthcare provider such as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner.

No. Our drips are not for emergency situations. Our drips are formulated to support and maintain a healthy lifestyle. However, our drips can aid in combating migraine, illness, hangover, dehydration, and the effects of aging. Furthermore, our drips can aid in enhancing mental clarity, focus, and energy while promoting a healthier and more youthful you!
Yes! Mobile services for IV therapy only are offered to clients in Farragut, Knoxville, and the surrounding East Tennessee areas !
Mobile services are an additional fee. For clients within 15 miles of our clinic in Farragut there will be a $50.00 mobile service fee. For clients 16-30 miles away from our clinic in Farragut, there will be a mobile service fee of $75.00. For clients 31-45 miles away from our clinic in Farragut, there will be a $100.00 mobile service fee.
No. Red light therapy and infrared therapy services provided at Rocky Top Vitality are considered wellness and supportive therapies. These services utilize low-level light technology and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
While certain red light therapy devices may be cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for specific indications, the therapies offered at this facility have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for all potential uses or outcomes.
Individual results may vary. Clients should consult with a qualified healthcare provider via a good faith exam offered by Rocky Top Vitality prior to beginning any new therapy, especially if they have underlying medical conditions, are pregnant, are taking medications that may cause photosensitivity, or have a history of skin cancer.
By receiving treatment, clients acknowledge that they understand the nature of this therapy and accept full responsibility for their participation.
If you do not attend a scheduled IV therapy or nutrient injection appointment or cancel a scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours prior notice to Rocky Top Vitality, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $100. You will be charged the full price of a functional medicine visit if you cancel less than 72 hours prior to the visit or no show to your appointment. Also, if you are 15 minutes or more late to a scheduled appointment, Rocky Top Vitality has the right to reschedule your appointment.
While we do not take insurance, we do accept HSA and FSA cards, cash, and all major credit and debit cards. Also, we do not accept checks, venmo, cash app, or Zelle. For NAD+ infusions we ask that a deposit of 50% is paid at the time of booking the appointment and the rest of the payment will be due at the time of service. We also do not take insurance for Functional Medicine, Thyroid Optimization, and Hormone Optimization visits. However, some patients opt to use their insurance for blood work which would be done at the lab and patients will be responsible for any balance not covered by their insurance. This also goes for any diagnostic imaging that may be ordered.
Functional and Integrative medicine services at Rocky Top Vitality are intended to provide individualized, evidence-informed evaluation and treatment recommendations based on each patient’s health history, symptoms, goals, laboratory findings, and other available clinical information.
Functional medicine is an individualized approach to healthcare that may incorporate conventional medical care, nutritional and lifestyle recommendations, dietary supplements, laboratory testing, and other therapies when clinically appropriate. Treatment recommendations are based on the professional judgment of the healthcare provider and may vary from patient to patient.
Certain medications, supplements, laboratory tests, or other treatments recommended as part of an individualized care plan may be considered off-label. An off-label use means that the FDA has approved a medication or product for a particular indication, dosage, route, or patient population, but a healthcare provider may determine that another use is medically appropriate based on available scientific evidence and professional judgment. Off-label prescribing is legal and is a commonly accepted component of medical practice when determined appropriate by a qualified healthcare professional.
No treatment or outcome can be guaranteed. Individual responses to treatment vary, and results may depend on numerous factors, including underlying medical conditions, medications, genetics, lifestyle, adherence to recommendations, and other individual circumstances.
Functional medicine services are not intended to replace emergency medical care or necessary evaluation and treatment by a patient’s primary care provider or other medical specialists. Patients should continue appropriate routine medical care and should seek immediate medical attention for urgent or emergency symptoms. Patients at Rocky Top Vitality who are seeking Functional or Integrative Medicine MUST also have an established Primary Care Provider before booking these services with us.
Patients are encouraged to discuss any functional medicine recommendations, including medications, supplements, laboratory testing, and off-label treatments, with their healthcare provider and to make informed decisions regarding their care.
Rocky Top Vitality does not guarantee the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any disease or medical condition.
Yes! If it is deemed that your symptoms or labs/imaging reveal the need for further evaluation from a specialist, the provider will provide you with a referral. There are some instances where referrals may be necessary. There is no extra fee for the provider to provide you with a referral.
We are not able to provide any form of child care during your infusion. Our staff will be busy caring for you and other clients. We also ask that children do not come to the appointment as we want to provide a relaxing environment for all clients.
Rocky Top Vitality will not accept pregnant patients or individuals under the age of 16 years of age. We refer all pregnant patients back to their OBGYN for IV therapy and Functional Medicine. Likewise, we refer all pediatric patients under 16 years of age back to their pediatrician or PCP for IV therapy and Functional Medicine. Rocky Top Vitality will not be accepting patients under the age of 18 years old for Functional or Integrative Medicine.
