What Does a Visit Look Like?
- Book your appointment
- Create your patient portal with instructions sent to you via email
- Fill out pre appointment paperwork (intake form and consents) in their entirety.
- Upload all recent labs to your patient portal.
- List all prescription and over the counter medications and supplements with the dose, route of administration, and frequency (how often you take it) on your intake form or bring bottles to your visit.
- During your appointment, the provider will conduct a comprehensive history and physical exam.
- You will then be sent for a comprehensive thyroid panel of blood work and the provider will assess if your lab results are in an optimal functional range
- You will then be advised on what medications and supplements you would benefit from; if necessary, and then elect whether or not you want to proceed with obtaining them.
- You will then be advised to follow up in 4-6 weeks for a follow up visit and you will be sent for repeat lab testing to make sure your treatment is working for you. Our goal is symptom improvement!
